Nurses and carers
Our team is comprised of people with broad experience in care. In particular, individual members of our team have experience and qualifications in the following areas:
- Practical experience of personal care and nursing care
- Daily homecare, dementia and dependency illness
- Specialised experience and qualifications in nursing
- Care operations business management
We take our recruitment seriously and value expertise, interviews and applicant vetting, enhanced CRB checks and SOVA (Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults)
Our rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.
Mandatory Training
All of our staff are trained in the areas shown below and have either already attained or are in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care. We offer in-depth and comprehensive induction training and development programmes for all our staff.
